What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?

We'll return and address any concerns at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable—if we didn't meet expectations, we make it right.

Do I need to be home during service visits?

Not required for routine maintenance. For initial consultations or design work, we prefer you're present to discuss goals and preferences. We always notify you before arrival.
